General Information for Exhibitors:
  • Exhibitor table fee (for all table sizes & locations) is $1,250
  • Setup may begin at 1pm; Doors open at 2pm
  • Exhibitors transport their own products & displays into the space
  • Exhibitors must provide floor protection for floor mounted displays
  • Exhibitors must bring their own extension cords if power is required
  • WiFi is available
  • General attendance is free and include hors d'oeuvres and a cash bar

Note: In lieu of the drink tickets used in 2024, this year the bar will accept cash or credit cards
